At Epona Smith, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Below are our delivery timelines, shipping policies, and return conditions.

Production and Shipping Timeline

All Epona Smith jewellery is handmade with great care. Please allow the following lead times:

  • Bespoke pieces : Approximately 10 weeks
  • Ready-to-ship items : Dispatched within 1 week of purchase

If you need your piece sooner, please contact us at info@eponasmith.com to discuss your deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Options

We are pleased to offer the following delivery services:

  • UK Orders: All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express, fully tracked and signed for.
  • International Orders: International orders are shipped via DHL Express and fully insured to the value of the item. Shipping is free of charge for all international destinations.

Please note that duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders shipped to the US or EU. We cover all import duties and taxes for customers based in these regions to ensure a smooth delivery experience. For all other destinations, the recipient will be responsible for paying local import taxes and duties.

Customs Information for US Orders

As part of routine customs processes, US orders valued over $2,500 may require additional documentation, such as the recipient’s IRS number, to ensure smooth delivery. We will manage this process with our courier to minimise any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

At Epona Smith, we take pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where a return is necessary.

  • Personalised and Bespoke Orders: Due to the custom nature of personalised and bespoke pieces, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: For non-bespoke, ready-to-ship pieces, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned. To request a return, please contact us at info@eponasmith.com

Faults or Damages

If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately by email at info@eponasmith.com , and we will assist you with the repair or replacement process. For damage caused by wear or accident, we are happy to offer repair services, though repair costs may apply.

Refunds for Ready-to-Ship Items

For ready-to-ship items, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the piece is returned in its original condition, has not been personalised, and is unworn.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
